Our History
Sukhia Plast has been through a very long journey. In the early 1978, when TV was a new era in our race, Entrepreneur Jaswant Lal Arora
entered the TV industry with a passion towards manufacturing the wooden Tv cabinets. Soon with the emerging new technologies in 1988,
The year of Plastic accessories sets in, and plastic Tv cabinets entered the market and became our core product.
1966 was the year when his son Mr. Sudhir Arora and their Dedicated team of Experts helped grow the enterprise to a formidable position
to reckon with, and with an increasing growth rate Sukhia Plast enters into the field of moulding solutions for multiple clients for television
manufacturing by 1977 and sets up a futuristic plants in the industrial hub Noida with tremendous energy. By the year 2005 Sukhia Plast
expands its production capacity and starts producing plastic cabinets for colour television brands
With achieving high quality standards The company launches its own brand which becomes an instant hit in the market by 2014. Younger
son Dheeraj Arora Joins Business giving a new fillip to the company with its expansion plans. Stretching their legs by 2020, Sukhia Plast
comes up with their inhouse Brand “Baux TV” the exclusive television brand for the online consumers, after thorough market research and
to cater to the consistent demand
Manufacturing facilities
All the manufacturing facilities are strategically located with easy access to transportation networks, ensuring efficient logistics and supply chain management. Our facility spans over 14,000 square meters and is designed to maximize production efficiency and workflow. The layout is carefully planned to accommodate different production stages, from raw material storage to finished product assembly and packaging. We have injection moulding machines ranging from 140 tonnes to 1,000 tonnes, with multiple production lines dedicated to different types of home appliances. Each line is equipped with specialized machinery, tools, and equipment tailored to the specific product category, ensuring optimized manufacturing processes.
